I have same groin pain when flexing my leg ! My physical therapist keeps checking my hip but he can’t find anything wrong with it ! My Si joint hurts by the way and keeps telling me it’s just referred pain from sciatic nerve pinched probably by a disc !! I don’t get any pain in my lumbar region, no numbness, no tingling, just pain in my right Si when that flares up when i flex my leg high up or when carry something heavy, then when i sit the pain stays in my harmstring near TFL, i was checked also by an orthopedic and by a spine surgeon they both said the pain is from periformis syndrom ! However when it flares up i feel it in my Si joint ! Any tough is highly appreciate. Thank you very much.

Having intermittent groin pain. Starts to come on quickly and then goes away within 1 week. A lot of pain upon adduction. Very little pain upon hip flexion. Can't seem to locate it. Very frustrating. Iliopsoas bursitis (sore around the inguinal ligament area), and pain upon stretching the left adductors.
