meditation is one of the most well-known spiritual and wellness practices out there. many hyper-successful people even attribute their accomplishments to their daily meditative practice. with supposed benefits such as building skills to help manage stress, increasing self-awareness, increasing creativity, and even aiding in manifestations... I'm curious.

some of you will know that I'm not new to meditation. It's something I do have quite a bit of experience with, however, it's been almost seven months since I've had it as a consistent part of my daily routine. even then, it wasn't daily, for a prolonged period of time anyway.

that's why I committed to meditating every single day... for an entire month to see how my life could change.

Loved this! Right off the bat you were talking about the visualization meditation and I was like yes I definitely need to do that one! It is truly a preventative practice. And also a way of listening to what your body has to say outside of our brain noise. Congrats!
