Remix is still being tweaked to this day with it's latest update ver. 1.1.1, back in February--adding Sonic and Super Sonic to the roster. And judging by all of the continuous bug fixing, this is quite the passion project. That's real love.

Its actually legal because it uses patches to be played/playable its illegal if to give you the rom file itsself rather than the patch

It sucks that happened to Smash Remix. I actually play this myself and i hate to see these project be on online shopping sites. The same thing happened to Dragon Ball Kart 64. Another rom hacking project foor the N64. It hasnt been updated since sadly. By the way I love that part where you unexpectedly spoke in that American Country Accent lmao

I actually found a physical copy of the bootleg at an arcade called Game Galaxy in Smyrna, Tennessee. I had thought it was a beta version of the official game.

Wario's movement being similar to the Gameboy game? Looks like the dev team from the lost Smash Bros. sequel on the 64 went back to work. Good fro them.
