Inside of Toyota knit tracer

My knit tracer isn’t feeding the Mylar sheets so I thought I’d take a look inside to see if there was anything obvious to the untrained eye. I do have a couple of mis-worded phrases - when’s I say stitch gauge a couple of times, I meant to say row gauge. And now I know why it’s not working but I don’t know how/if it can be fixed.
