Wish you included taxes, opportunity cost of your time, stress, maintenance costs, and other related costs before you get a profit. It’s great to compare that against shares over a similar time period and see which performs better as I’m still not convinced property wins although it sounds cooler to say you own property than shares, weirdly enough.
