I havent gamed in a decade or more. Always a huge race car gamer. Just recently got a ps5. Probably about to buy this game but im also hesitant. I just don't understand why they can't make a game that is simple. Have all the tracks and cars. All i wanna do is be able to choose the car and track and race they way i want to. Still have multi player, online races rooms, if they wanna add career mode that's fine too. I paid for the game i should easily be able to play the game to its full potential the way I want to. They could still add extras to make there side money for people to buy specials.. im simple i like to just race my own lap times with different cars. Maybe tune here or there. Thats all i want. But this looks complicated to even get to that.

I played a friend's version of GT 20+ years ago and I never forgot it. Last weekend I downloaded GT7 and have started learning about IRL racing too. I'm picking up a used racing wheel tomorrow. I will be checking out your chammel quite a bit. I love learning about this stuff. I need to unlock more so I can do some endurance races!

Great video, thanks. 👍 I finally bought GT7 at the weekend (discounted) and I've been playing it ever since. Coming from GT3 through to GT Sport, the café menu system is a bit frustrating but an excellent way for complete newcomers to get into the franchise. The roulette system is rigged, so best not to focus on that; otherwise, I'm enjoying my exploration. The single-player offering is not as good as the old system that I remember in GT3: A-Spec, but I'm only 15 hours into the game. The journey continues…

You can also customize your helmet and flame suit. It’s really cool. You can also make logos if you don’t see the ones you like. There are the racing ones and I’ve downloaded lots. There are the gun logos if you like, computer logos, music ones like Fender, Ibenez, Rickenbacker. Just about any logo you can think of, slap it on your ride. Thanks Kirith! Nice ride. Thanks- this helped me get back on track in the game when I only had one of the Americas tracks unlocked and couldn't figure out how to progress any further. Lo and behold- there was a new book in the cafe I wasn't aware of. The game progression is weird but worth it. Now I also have the "missions".

Looking for a beginner wheel setup for PS4 without breaking the bank. Just enjoying the game again and improving my cornering. Braking is harder on the controller than I remember it.
