Equinox ( John Coltrane ) - Jazz Guitar Lesson

Here I teach you the chords and the melody of the standard " Equinox " by John Coltrane. The song is basically a minor blues but through the rhythm pattern which defines this tune it feels more like a 3/4 and a 5/4 measure which alters all the time. Beside the melody I also give you some tips which modes you can use to get a nice and floating sound on your improvisation.
