Remote Not Working- One or Several Buttons Not Working on Hisense Smart TV? FIXED!

I show you how to fix a Hisense smart tv (Android TV) remote that is not working properly like one button or several buttons is not working (power button, Input button, volume, channel, etc) or it is ghosting . This should help 50% of you . Good Luck.

I only did it two times, and it worked.
Before I saw your video, I'd already placed a generic remote in the cart on eBay ( $12.99!), but I thought I'll try researching on YouTube before buying.

THE FIRST STEP ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!

ISSUE: Only On/Off button is working, we tried to check other buttons if it still works by pressing other buttons and looking through camera Phone if there's still lights. If there's still lights on the other buttons then your good.

We did the first step and it made the TV to reboot upon turning power ON.

Many thanks. The remote was stuck in the on position with the red light permanently on. After 2 attempts I thought this is a waste of time. However, on the 3rd go with some hard whacks too, hey presto it's functioning again. Delighted.
