Once the blood is flowing, you're ready for the blood of Jesus to flow. Come on bars! I use the Bible app for my time with God, but I have turned off notifications just in general so I'm less distracted (or I'll put my phone on DND).

what's so crazy is that i do not miss getting up at 4am at all. but my body wont let me sleep past 7am.. trying to get a little later. im trying to explore this late start life haha. COME ON DIFFERENT SEASONS!! but i did read my devotion before i got out the bed this morning though! be flexible in schedule and fixed on the Savior! IKDR!! that is absolutely true! bc God calls us to be adaptable but that doesnt mean to waiver in your faith at all

Love leaving the workout clothes out sis. Not only to not interrupt your family, but also to encourage you to stick to the workout. At least it would help me with that. God literally will wake us up when its time sis. The biological alarm clock is powerful

I commend you for waking up at 4:30am sis! Thats def not the season for me right now 🤣. But I'm here for your commitment because waking up that early is not everyone and they would've been thrown in the towel. Thanking God for grace and commitment sis 🙌🏾
