Can lookup field autofill the other fields related to the same table?
For example I have two tables,
Table 1 is Doctor Table,
Table 2 is Appointment table.
Doctor(dr name (pk), timing, fees) and appointment (appointment ID (pk), patient name, dr name, timing, fees).
The relationship is doctor 1:N appointment.
I make a lookup for "Dr name" in appointment table and I want, when I entered a lookup of Dr name, the timing and fees of appointment autofill from the selected Doctor record from Doctor Table. Is it possible without JavaScript. Please answer my question.

I created the table
Master Tb - license
Child TB - Request
I created a roll up column in request table to get total license but roll up field always return Not Available

Note : I have created one to many relation between (Request -> License)

I also waited for 6 hours but I still do not see the value. can you tell me what could be the issue.
