During this short video, we will learn about Formula Columns in Dataverse. Formula columns are columns that display a calculated value in a Microsoft Dataverse table. Formulas use Power Fx, a powerful but human-friendly programming language. Build a formula in a Dataverse formula column the same way you would build a formula in Microsoft Excel. As you type, Intellisense suggests functions and syntax, and even helps you fix errors.

Key Takeaways:
1. Create Formula Columns in Dataverse
2. Add Power Fx in Dataverse Column
3. Work with formula columns
4. Use PowerFX in Formula Columns for Dataverse

Great Video.
Do we have something similar to fetch information from other dataverse table.

e.g.

I have 2 tables in a solution for HR hiring module.
One is requirement table, the other is Candidate table.

I want to create a column in the requirement table how many candidates are identified (just the count) for each job title (under requirement table).

Hi Sir, I'm stuck in one scenario in canvas app, I have an custom entity (case) and on that there are two different lookup field on the form (account and vendor). In the form of case entity I have two dropdown where all the accounts and vendor records are coming but when I will select the account (customer lookup) then all the Vendor should be shown on the dropdown. And both the entity (account and vendor have N:N relationship).

Excellent and very informative; I was thinking, can we make this column, a lookup column with a formula. For example, you have column A, where a person selects from a drop-down list and, based on that selected Colum B (formula column ) selects the desired lookup

UNFORTUNATELY NO LOGARITHM AND EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS ARE SUPPORTED. IT SERVES NO PURPOSE
