Understanding what Amazon is looking for in the AWS Certified Solutions Architect exam isn’t as simple as it sounds. Jeremy begins with the official AWS exam blueprints, then summarizes the overall requirements into an easy-to-understand philosophy behind each domain. Exam prep begins with attitude, and he’ll teach you how to psyche yourself up for the journey. Although you’re encouraged to (and absolutely should) read all of the white papers Amazon publishes, context is crucial, and Jeremy outlines some of the specifics you should pay attention to in these papers to get the most bang for your buck. Finally, he’ll tell you how to get a free account so you can practice applying everything you’ll learn.

I took and passed the exam today. I am not sure if I had passed it only by following this online training - but it sure was helpful and also entertaining. I did already have quite some knowledge of AWS before taking this course. I can highly recommend it to anyone already (at least a bit) familiar with AWS. The exam questions were harder than I expected but also very fair. There were 4 questions I would not have answered correctly if I had not taken this course. So thanks Jeremy, and good luck with your 25 kids ;-)

If Jeremy thought a course on how to breath oxygen, I have no doubt I’d be damn interesting and I’d be right there to listen to it, because I know I’d learn something from his teaching awesomeness. And such is everything he teaches. Speaks highly of his teaching and communicating ability.

This training is fantastic and Jeremy is an amazing instructor. I am planning to take the exam in the coming week and will post when I pass the exam. My only concern with this course is that I believe there should be more depth around RDS & DynamoDB - it looks like the questions in the exam might be deeper than what is taught.

Hi all, I want to get certified in AWS solution architect. Could somebody have any idea of how long in weeks or months does it take to be a certified AWS solution architect. Including also the effort that could be needed to be taken daily to achieve this goal? Any experience shared would help. Many thanks :)

Thanks for the video. I wondered if I would really need to do a $3k training (3days on site) to pass the certification. I think I know pretty much all AWS services quite well.. but who knows.. But.. 99 bucks for an in depth video training seems to be more than reasonable.
