This is a great aerial hoop trick you want a small easy aerial hoop drop that is not scary. It's good for aerial hoop beginners looking for a challenge and intermediate aerialists who are still getting used to lyra drops, and its a great one for more confident intermediate aerialists and advanced aerialists as well. I'll show you a fun aerial hoop transition into it going through the aerial hoop mount that I call "the skirt" :)
