I think meditations like this to aid in self determination worked for many people for many years. Now, with all that is going on, people are waking up to the realization that freedoms and choices and futures are being taken away and whatever your lifestyle was in 2019, it may never be seen again. Sorry for being a downer, but researching the mess we are in, one begins to wake up to the fact that people's lives the world over are going in the wrong direction.
