Goombas Have an INTERESTING History! #Shorts

If you've ever played a Super Mario game, then you know all about the Goomba Revolution! How could you not?! Considered the most basic of Mario's enemies, how did the Goomba's become that way? Goombas are now very beloved characters who have gone from the mushroom look to a chestnut look at times (yes, I know they're called galoombas...don't get *that* crowd started...not a road you want to go down friends...ha)! They've been in spin offs such as Mario Party and Paper Mario, but I feel their presence is lacking (Mario Tennis and Mario Kart, anyone)?
