Hola disculpa yo me compre un ps4 pro y ya la actualize pero ala hora de q yo quiero jugar pongo el disco y quiero jugar empieza el disco a andar sale el menu del juego y se apaga la coneccion con el televisor osea como si moviera el cable hdmi y no tengo señal entre el televisor y la consola y se traba la consola no puedo ni apagarla . Y no se por q ?? Esta malograda la consola ??

Es que, hace tiempo recorde un juego, que jugaba antes en la ps1, pero no recuerdo el nombre, porque estaba todo en japones. El juego trataba que estabas vos (el personaje principal) y un viejo, con vestimenta de exploradores, perdidos en una isla. El juego se veía en tercera persona, pero con pantalla fija (tipo digimon World 1). Tenias que investigar la isla, encontrar tesoros, y en una parte, empezabas a bsucar piezas, para reparar un avión o aeroplano que encontrabas estrellado en la isla, para poder escapar junto al viejo.

Quite apart, if I made a mistake due to ignorance, I requested a refund to purchase an essential subscription or buy another game instead of the game and they told me that because I had downloaded the game on my console, a refund was no longer applicable. That seems unfair to me since they have arranged everything to harm the consumer instead of making them feel comfortable. PlayStation has changed against the consumer of its service that is supposed to be for fun. So I warn you that Playstation Store not only raised their prices but also changed their refund policies so be very careful before buying something from them.
