If I want to change a course and its crn number is 10828 and replace it in a different time do I have to find the course with the same CRN number of the same course or can I choose any course with different CRN number but in a different shift??

hi tired to customized my timetable it not allow me, it say registeration error...add drop is not avaible on this term at this time(i m 3rd sem now) ...i tried to contact register office but they didnt replying phone calls and mails.

I have changed my schedule using add and drop and I'm unsatisfied with it also there are not many options available to change. so there is a reset option in Add and Drop what will happen if I hit the reset button will my schedule be the same as first when I registered for the courses???
