No need to work your ass off selling on Amazon. Just buy Amazon stock, sit back and watch your investment multiply. They treat shareholders way better then their 3rd party sellers.

Yeah, I remember when it was a huge insult to ask someone to train their replacement. Now it's "technology" and "the future".
Here is my prediction of "the future" -all the mega tech companies will offer super deals for companies to train AI with all of their companies IP. Then the AI will say it can save money by replacing every employee -except of course the ones making the decision to spend more on AI service. Then the tech giant will replace every company with high margins that it has the IP from!

He does sound like Jeff Bezos especially if you replace "AI" with "customer services" in the talk😅

If you thought customer service was giving you the runaround before, wait until you see AI!

Looks like those who can invest in dovetailing AI to innovation and utility function will win. Amazon looks like they are navigating this AI as service best.

These people are just taking the same service of several years and updating documentation of every service with mix of ML and AI wordings.

Ever since he took over Amazons customer service and products went downhill. Never had so many problems with them like I do now.

“Once FSD is super smooth (not just safe), we will roll out a free month trial for all cars in North America, ” Musk tweeted Monday. “Then extend to rest of world after we ensure it works well on local roads and regulators approve it in that country.” May 8, 2023

Tesla just did that, they made it available to all Teslas that support FSD in the US and Canada. I’ve driven it and it is mind blowing. New versions come out every two weeks so it is improving rapidly. The product is now end to end AI and trains using actual driver video. Supervised Full Self Driving is no longer a Beta product and is now ready for wide release.

They just lowered the price to $99/mo and anecdotally the take rate will be much higher than before. I certainly will do it.

These tech CEOs always come on CNBC and tell us the latest thing is going to change our levies. What a coincidence they just happen to be releasing products in the category!

I think most AI responses are from call centres in India

I listen to this an think of Tesla. You need a data set, a chip and compute. Tesla has it all, people are sleeping on Tesla IMO

I hate the way they say ' experience' as if it is a positive

As tech moves on it gets more and more frustrating, annoying and time-wasting.

I just get bored with all the apps required now and all the constant pushing sign-ups like Amazon Prime

The first wave of AI applications will probably reduce labor demand. It will be very deflationary.. in a time of extreme debt. Not a good combo

With AI we all gonna build our very own personal AMAZON.... think about that Andy... at some point it could mean less yachts to buy to future ex-wives

what a marketing show, he knows full well that generative AI is not ready for the working world, that it only has limited use cases, he knows he just as the relabel Amazon as an AI company and stock price will increase, the "just walk out" debacle from for a few weeks ago is all you need to know, of course the "journalist" did not ask him about it..

Sure, it will transform customer experience. Too bad there will be no customers left once everyone is replaced by AI and lives under a bridge.

I find it puzzling how CEOs of big tech companies are so determined to develop AI technology. They often emphasize the benefits like cost savings, reduced employee counts, and increased shareholder value. However, this all sounds positive until you think about the employees who lose their jobs due to automation. These same employees are also customers of these big tech companies. I wonder if these companies end up losing customers as a result of displacing their own workforce.
