How to Fix Nvidia ShadowPlay Poor Microphone Audio Quality

Ok I need help but no one seems to know. I have the same quality problem but its not my mic its my game audio that sounds horrible. I currently record 4k 60fps with a bitrate of 130

When I go the settings and try to change the channel it is greyed out and I cant change it. Is there any way I can get around this?

My mic sounds absolutely horrible with this software, obs and all recording software sound great, I’m on 48000hz and yet my mic quality is abysmal, any ideas on what to change to fix it?

didn't work for me.
while it does sound better on other programs like obs, audacity and discord it didnt change shadowplay one bit, still sound like im speaking into a box.

This so wack though cuz whenever I record through like OBS or Audacity its good, same with over discord. But Shadowplay it sounds bad. Regardless this fixed it for me so THANK YOU FIND SIR <3 <3 <3

3 years later and this guy still has no idea what he's talking about. 2 channels means 2 mic inputs, like stereo inputs or 2 separate mics. Doesn't change a thing when geforce has shitty audio processing.

What about when your mic is way too low? I have it literally maxed out in the audio settings and slightly boosted in shadowplay, but whenever the wind hits in DayZ, it drowns out my voice almost completely. I could boost my mic more, but that also increases the background static noise. Is the only way to lower the sound effects in-game?

there's still massive amounts white noise, they really need to add a mic input sensitivity option, noise gate or a threshold of some sort like come on how the fuck is this not a feature on shadowplay yet? For fuck sake Discord had that feature since it launched like bruh dafuq

anyone know why my mic is super loud like EAR RAPE loud on my clips but for poeople on games and discord im fine? if i change the volume in nvidia settings then my mic is too quiet for everyone else
