Grimes and Elon Musk’s Unconventional Parenting Style

Elon Musk and Grimes are raising their kids with a different set of rules. Grimes and Elon Musk chose an unconventional method of bringing up their child. Parenting is a tough job, and these two are figuring out what works.

Whether together or co-parenting, the singer and Tesla designer are setting some interesting rules for their son, Little X. From unique names to creative outlets, this kid is getting a different kind of childhood.

Elon Musk revealed that Grimes has a bigger role in the toddler’s life, but he’s still invested in spending time with all of his kids. Grimes shared that her kids won’t call her “mom” and that she puts a priority on creativity and music - especially lullabies to help Baby X sleep at night.

The parents also plan on doing gender neutral parenting - meaning they won’t pressure X with female or male stereotypes!

when she was little my daughter had toy cars, soccer balls, bodyboards and skateboards, as well as she loved playing with barbies, bratz dolls and dressing up as a princess! Though the princess of choice was Princess Merida/Brave because she had a bow and arrow. Lol 😄 She also practiced judo, soccer and loved ballet lessons, so yeah... She was born in 2005 and I had never heard of gender neutral at the time. Today she is a free-spirited, universal open mind young woman who thinks outside the box, just like me.

My son is 34, I allowed him to play with barbies, dolls, trucks, or whatever he wanted to play with. I never looked at toys as boy or girl items when he was a little boy because that is ignorance.
Why would anyone think that playing with the opposite sex’s toys would be what makes someone LQB…T? 🤦🏻‍♀️
Let children be children and grow up to be who they are.
My son is a new father. He extremely loving and nurturing to both his wife & daughter. I am so thankful for the incredible man he has become.

Imo the baby will be traumatized in the future because of its name, its like naming a child 17omglettuce because 17 is my favourite number, omg bc i was shocked that im pregnant and lettuce bc i love lettuce... sorry but thats how it sounds. Imagine the baby growing up one day and being like 40 years old and having the name "17omglettuce"

Grimes is really weird. Doesn't like being called mom, doesn't gender her kids (which is reversely gendering them), calls her kid an unique name I'll say that, but xeaxw or whatever it is that most people won't know how to pronounce anyway. She's definitely trying WAY TOO hard to be different.

I agree you should let your kids play with a wide range of toys but calling them “they” instead of their natural gender at such a young age can really mess them up

Poor baby he cannot even call her mother mom.. endearment mom is the sweetest word I could ever hear..I love my mom, whenever I was afraid when I was a kid I will just call her name and I felt secured and safe..
