Hi! If someone is unable to put weight on one limb when it is slightly flexed, how to perform this exercise? Because I have been suffering with VMO weakness post immobilization. I am unable to go down the stairs properly or put weight on left knee when it is bent. Able to do squats with both legs but with single leg it is impossible.
