This interview is smooth, but like many CSIS interviews with other long-tenured fellows, it's crooked and dementedly shallow. What rock has this fellow been living under for 10 years? Either CSIS needs to start adequately re-vetting all well-worn talking heads for demonstrated knowledge to be sufficienly current, or CSIS needs to lower their retirement age and enforce it.
