At 3:51 you mention and use bounded theorem, but how can you be sure that bounded theorem works for complex numbers? maybe it only works for real numbers?

at 3:54 You use the wording "a function bounded on [a, b]". How can a one dimensional interval be the basis for a conclusion of f(z) in the complex plane? This is not possible

Aren't real numbers just complex numbers wherein the imaginary part is + 0i ?
For example, the roots of x^2 - 5x - 6 are only x=6 and x = -1.

(The highest degree is two so there are exactly two roots.)
So, that means it does work for real numbers...
