This was very helpful, I didn't realize how simple you could do this through GP instead of just running a log on script. Thanks a ton

thank you for this. One question, why do you need to target the security group in the network drive mapping wizard? I created the GP, linked it to the OU with my user in it, and it worked. I can't see how the security groups fits into all this?
