How to map Onedrive as a Network Drive

Great for mapping my own files but this doesn't give access to files that another user has shared with me. Is there any way of getting access to those?

This may not work anymore because microsoft may have changed webdav and onedrive connection. This method used to work on my brother's laptop but it doesn't work anymore. My computer and his laptop are both windows 10 x64 updated to the latest 22H2

OK, I just tried the mapping again, but this time with two-step verification turned off, and it worked. The weird thing is that after I turned the verification back on, I was able to map the drive again, so go figure. Anyway, the problem evidently was in my Microsoft account setting, but all is good now. So, if you encounter a problem mapping and have two-step turned on, turn it off before mapping the Onedrive folder to the drive, and then turn two-step back on and see if that works.

When I log into onederive the url/address bar does not look like the one in the video and does not have the CID. Instead it uses my account name in the url/address bar. Anyone have any ideas how to get this to work?

This only works if you have 2-step verification off. If you turn it off, you can connect. If you turn 2-step back on, you'll still be connected DURING THIS CURRENT SESSION.
If you restart your PC, you'll be disconnected and you'll have to turn 2-step back off to connect again.

thanks! good video! the only thing is the stat for space usage that are different from online (2 MB used out of 1To) and the one drive mapped on my comp that says (128GB used out of 465GB). Do you have same ? any idea what is that?

Thank you. All worked as you said. Only issue is that it shows incorrect capacity. It's showing the one for my main desktop hard drive instead of the space allocation for onedrive which is 5gb.
Any way to resolve?

sorry... it doesn't work on me, I used a macbook to add the server address which exactly the right and same way you have shown in the video, but it tells me "There was a problem connecting to the server “d.docs.live.net”." :(((

I mapped my onedrive and it worked great for about a month. Last night it was x'd out as not connected and when I tried to sign it back in I get an access denied message. I have tried repeatedly and even tried to map it to a different drive letter, always getting the access denied message. Any thoughts?
