I heard so many good things about BSO, but nobody talked about how totally nasty it is. I've been taking it a week. It's just so hard to get down. That after taste is rough too. Buy empty capsules an a eyedropper and put the oil in the capsules and take it like that . You don't taste it at all. When you buy the capsules you can get the capsule holder thing, that helps big time .
