I started taking black seed oil when the COVID started, I wasn’t about to get a ‘vaccine’ but I wanted to boost my immunity, this was recommended, (along with a few other vitamins), but it’s also recommended any time your exposed to a germ or if you have one.
At this very same time I had just been diagnosed with arthritis in my neck and hip, (very painful)! All of a sudden my pain disappeared! Eventually, I found out why, it was the black seed oil, which I continue to take daily, though I’m not on the same regime as I was during the COVID scare. If I neglect to take it, the pain returns. Hope this little bio might help someone one else.

Thank you for such an informative video. 😊 Unfortunately, I just cant stand the taste and smell of black seed oil; yet I know it's a great product. I didnt know there were different ways to use it for different purposes. I take 4 black seed capsules every day. Are those not as good as the oil?

Ok I've had a bad back for ages like I wake up hurting my neck hurts I get seized up and really crunchy bad shoulder aswell, I took this literally for 2 days and the pains gone down so much I can barely notice it!
