When filling out the form ds260, we wrote that the interview is in Baghdad, but now the American embassy in Baghdad is closed. Is there a possibility to open it for our interview there, or should we change the location of the interview in the form and transfer it to the American consulate in Erbil, please reply ?? !

I have a quick question: What happens when I fill the form in COUNTRY#1 (where I was born), come May and I am chosen in the lottery but now I am living in COUNTRY#2 for education or for work reasons, and need to take the interview in COUNTRY#2 (cannot go back to COUNTRY#1 for interview anymore)? Is there a standard procedure for that?
