DV Lottery | DV2022 leaked entry dates again???

DV Lottery. Could it be possible that they have leaked the DV2022 entry dates? I'm not 100% sure, but I think so. For the record - they did something similar last year as I showed in a previous video.

Meh, if I don't get in DV2021 which looks unlikely, then eso es, I'm out. At some point it's worth taking into account if the difficulty in getting something outweighs the benefits.

Sir, would you mind explaining to me this sentence? ‘The following is the statistical breakdown by foreign state of chargeability of those registered for the DV-2021 program’. It’s in the visa bulletin. Does it mean the list of the countries below it shows how many people apply for dv2021?

I am the winner of DV lottery 2022, however I could not register or update DS 260 as there was typo error with my date of birth in my entry form(E-DV). While filling up DS 260 with my correct date of birth I got the message that "The case information you entered does not match our record". Please advise me how can I update my DS 260.
