Can’t agree more that the lawsuits were the only reason why some people got their visas in end-dv2020 and dv2021. My husband and I are dv2021 and we’ve been 6 month in the US now, because of Brit Simon guidance and Charles Kuck lawsuit. I am sure lawyers will help dv2022 as well. Good luck, everyone!

my case number is AF11K, i submitted my ds260 on 3rd December, 2021.I have not yet recieved my 2NL.When am i likely to recieve my 2NL and get scheduled for interviews

thanks for sharing very useful information. One question, Can i edit my DS 260 form to remove "traveling with spouse" and change US physical address? would these changes possibly affect my application?

Thanks for the information and videos. My wife and two children used to have green cards, back in 2015 they moved from USA to Costa Rica and they renunciate to their permanent resident status. Since they were no longer residents of the US, they decide it was the right think to do. Is it possible to apply for DV 2024? Have you heard of a similar case? Do you know of someone who renunciate to their permanent resident status, then years after apply and won the DV Lottery? Thanks for your time and help Mr. Simon.

In any case DV really becomes a puzzle. It was believed that unlike the previous editions this DV22 Will be at least the good. But unfortunately nothing will nothing reassures and nothing changes the same scenarios of previous editions Always Come back. It's really sad and very sad even. Hello Brit Simon. I'm dv 2022 lottery winner and my case number is something OC000012XX. Visa bulletin cut-off numbers are very less every month for Oceania. And for feb and march it's the same cut off that is 850. What does it signify and roughly by when we will be scheduled for an interview.?

I am a U.S. Citizen, my family in Afghanistan 🇦🇫 they are DV 2021 winner incldung my sister, my farher is the main Applicant for DV-2022, they submit thier DS-260 on November 29, 2021! They haven't got any email from Kentucky for further process yet, I also filed I- 13O for them and they will be schedule for interview in Another US embassy out side Afghanistan, my question is ??? if my paresnts come in the USA under I-130, would my sister be eligible for interview under DV lottery case?
