Our son suffered a TBI 3 year ago in a horrible car accident. He is non mobile non verbal and I imagine living a nightmare. We try our best to stay positive and always hopeful for continued healing. No sappy story here. I'm just being caustically real here, since the comments seems a bit "Bot-ish" to me and I want others to see how this video did indeed help me.

I just came back from an anxiety and depressive outing and needed some binaural beats to calm my bad thoughts down. This video surprisingly does work in resetting my mood to normal levels of self. I noticed it start working a few minutes in and I found it's best to listen to a minimal of 30 min. For me: at 40 min mark, I felt my thoughts were exceedingly better. And at 50 min, I can actually stop the video and continue on with my activities without being preoccupied with negative thoughts.

My dad suffered a stroke recently and while he was responsive at first he isn’t waking up at the moment.
