Would love to see a sample proposal as described. Do you provide one somewhere?

Great Video. This is something that I'm dealing with at this moment. About selling "tangible & intangible" outcome I'm wondering how sucess is usually measured? Let's say I redesign a website for a new client, the main goal is to "increase reputation", after the redesign how can I (or maybe the client also) know that we hit the desired goals? From the other side, if it is something tangible, like - with this new website redesign, I'm selling the outcome of "increased revenue by 10%" or "increased sales by 20%", how can I suppose that there will be that exact amount of sales or revenue? What happens if we do not achieve the desired/promised outcome in a period of time? Would love to hear your approach and thoughts on this? Thanks in Advance. #askjonathan
