Death certificate should honestly get its own quality since it literally gives you any item you want

R Key is easily the best item in the game. Allowing you to redo a run and being able to do more unlocks is super broken. It is also very good if you already have Dead God, allowing you to get more items.

Binge eater is very underrated. As long as you don't have 1 or less speed when you get it, it pretty much wins you the run. Every item you don't like you can turn into stats and a temporary bonus damage up.

The funny part about death certificate is that the only way you could make a better item would be to specifically restrict it to not be obtainable through death certificate

I dont understand how people like mom’s knife. I could never. If i see it, even if i dont already have a tier 4/win condition i still dont pick it up. I would rather use abyss/void on it than pick it up. I absolutely HATE mom’s knife. Worst tier 4 item in the game.
