Started eating lots of pringles and coca cola, began smoking, isolated myself, got addicted to gaming (Played for 32 hours straight once) and lots more.. how could i not have realised something was wrong... Thank you so much for this video and i feel this could be the start of a new great chapter in my life! <3

27. Turns out I've been living with chronic stress without even realising?! Explains a lot. I've never really had a grasp on the concept of stress because I've been living with it for so long. I need to change my life.

I am surprised that so many people share their stress level in public. For me, this is a very private matter. It also surprised me that it is indeed possible to measure your stress level with a short test. It is worth to repeat the test in the future and compar the results. Point 12 amused me, in the context of bald people. They don't have a chance of scoring, but does that mean they are less stressed? But seriously, I know that there are no perfect tests for every person unless they are made specifically for them. After all, the test gives a information if our stress level is still normal, or whether we should think about doing something about it. Thanks Sebastian. It was an interesting experience. Best regards.

My score was 11, maybe not the perfect one, but still not that bad.😉 To be honest, I am really glad, that there is still no need to go to therapist 😅.
However, there is still a room for improvement. Furthermore, I will heed the advice to take it easy, slow down and relax... What for excellent challenge and approach, by the way 👍
To wrap up, small steps can do miracles and certainly make us more stress resistant, sustainable, open minded and flexible!!!

My result is 9 and I think it's ok. I'm sometimes stressed but i don't let stress take over my life. I am aware of the things that stress me out and in situations in which I am stressed, I try to breathe deeply and if I am not able to change somethin or I have no influence on the situation I just let go and try to see the positive sides : Every cloud has a silver lining :)

I got an 8 and I feel good about that. If I had taken this test 10 years ago the scote would have been much higher.

Also, I really enjoy taking quizzes. Keep them coming!

I got an 8 and I am a bit curious about that result because I was thinking I will get higher result. But actually it looks better than I feel from time to time. Thanks for that test :)

Thanks for reaching out to us we fully appreciate your gesture. My score tells me I'm somewhat in control of my well being. My score ranged from 9-10 for the reason that I usually engage myself with meditational therapies that keeps inspiring me with positive messages which has gone a long way to be an immense positive help to my overall psyche. Thanks Once again.

I got a 17. Lately I have been really concerned about death, it seems stupid to me but it’s a thought that keeps reoccurring and is really scary to me! Basically my minds starts thinking that one day I’m going to die, your going to die, everyone is going to die and their is no way to stop it. This has been causing me a lot of stress especially because nobody fully knows what happens when you die. My biggest fear on that is that you are stuck there forever with just your thoughts. If anyone else feels stressed about this let me know!

I got 13 and to be honest I thought that I'm more relax. It's a good feedback to slow down :)

I got 12 points, I think it is related many new responsibilities at work. Normally, I think I would have a bit lower score. However it would be great to decrease the score under to 10 points - challenge for me ;)
