Some of my younger brothers and Father died of heart attacks, when I first got the warning signs, I went to a doctor, and got a chemical test and before you knew it, I got a stent. Two years later I'm telling my doctor I feel something weird again. He ordered a Treadmill, which caused me a lot of anxiety. I went 2 days ago, and did it. I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to do it.

I'm having my first test tomorrow at 63, hopefully everything will go well. Great video at least to know what to expect.

When I had my first stress test, they immediately put me on a slight incline and gradually increased the speed. I was out of shape but the nurse kept saying, "hang in there"...I told her, "you got one more minute and that's it!" The next year when one was ordered for me, I took the chemical stress test. I felt a little pressure in my chest as if running, but no sweating and/or panting with shortness of breath at least like on the treadmill. All was well and results were good.

Did a stress test 20 minutes ago. I'm at a Chinese restaurant eating at the moment because I need some damn energy. That test wasn't no joke. I lasted 11 minutes and the doctor told me something about 200 and they will get back to me. I definitely underestimated this test. They said it is supposed to last 21 minutes. At the 12 minute mark the incline and speed was going to increase again but I fell short. This guy doing 18 minutes is definitely impressive 👏

Good stress test result does not mean no risk of heat attack. Most heart attacks are caused from plaques rupturing or calcification build up on the artery walls that flakes off and blocks the artery. You can be an athlete with no previous health issues and die of cardiac arrest the next day. You will not see it in a stress test because an artery can be blocked up to 70% before it blocks enough blood to show up in a stress test. However if that plaque rupture or calcium build up flakes off, you're now have a harart attack. Please ask for CT scans to see if there is calcification or plauqes building up on the artery walls, and asses
