the extra step he took to season the
other side of the chicken inside the pan, 👌

to make sure that some of the seasoning wouldn't rub off from the other side had he seasoned both sides before laying it in the pan...


the little things like that separate

Do you put any oil in the pan? Because when I try things like this even with little oil, my chicken ends up burning 😭

Imo better if it's like a 3 to 2 ratio salt/msg than pure salt
