Rebuild? Spend what you need for upgrades. You don't need the top of the line and to upgrade everything at once.

Budget build? Buy what's within your budget. But be mindful of upgrading paths for the future.

Component prices just keep going up each generation. People thought i went overkill with my 3090 and 5900x on drop. Pandemic happened, gpu shortages, resellers selling 3080s almost twice the amount etc. Im here 5 years later with the same build serving my needs
