Why do you always use nearly brand new bikes when making maintenance and howto-videos like this one? For me, it makes more sense to demonstrate with a bike that actually have bad noise or whatever and actually show that your tips are working rather than just telling what "could" be wrong. But i love your videos and your creativity to find new areas/topics where mountainbikers could need some tips!

now I know why his bike is always so clean, because it is brand new😂

For odd creaks on the bike, especially when pedaling under load, a lot of times you can resolve this by putting a thin film of grease on the pivot point bolt or axle that seems to be the origin of the noise.

quiet bike helps you tone into other components that are noisy or may need to be addressed. Love this technology

Can't believe you have to cable tie the chain stay guard on. My last 2 bikes it has just been part of the frame. The cable tie makes it look cheap.

I swear by using Road bike handlebar tape along my chainstays wrapped all around the length. Great hack/bodge and cheap as chips when purchased from Wilkinsons in the UK. 🇬🇧

Another tip to avoid noise if you have to use spoke reflectors is to avoid ones that hold onto your spokes using metal because it makes an extremely annoying noise.

I had a noise driving me nuts. Turned out to be the valve stem nuts were rattling. Never had that on my other bikes. ;o)
