Ride with a support vehicle. I once turned up to a ride with the wrong bike. My mate had his carbon road bike, I had a Kawasaki 650. He definitely looked Pro because I looked like his support rider.

How about a video on cycling gloves. Ask the pros... what they use troughout the year's different seasons, training and racing.

I have to run a 15-25 cassette because I'm a junior. You can understand my frustration when I'm spinning at 150 rpm and only going 35 mph

The biggest thing I can do to make my bike more "pro" is to get my fat butt off of it.

Tip .. always keep an Allen key handy and jack your seatpost way up when your not riding, will make your bike look ultra pro 😉👍

"One of the best things about being a pro was that I got to ride a spotlessly clean bike" that's possibly the greatest thing anyone has ever said

I finally got around to using some Mucc Off nano tech cleaner this weekend after having it sitting under the stairs for the better part of two weeks and i have to say results were rather surprising. Having the bike looking almost like it just rolled off a production line did wonders for my cycling from a mental standpoint. I actually enjoyed riding more the first time i took the bike out after the wash.

Just picked up some full-carbon deep section twigs for my pics. Worth every penny.

I've just slammed my stem and replaced my 110 mm stem with a 120 to get my bike more stretched out. The bike feels better and I can get the power down better but I have to admit, it does look even more awesome!

Recently I invested in a muc-off chain cleaning device because of GCN and it's heavenly!

White bar tape and white saddle would change this black trek into nice looking machine. It is to dark.
