Don't do it! Remote play will cause the game to lag. Just go and buy an xbox head set. Don't waste your time, xbox made its software uncompatible with most brands, which sucks cause had to buy new head set.

Is it possibile to hear sound on any bluetooth headphones using bluetooth adapter plugged into controller (mini jack) or into console by USB? If it works, it's better than method from this film.

If you have any problems :0.(enable remote features □ )<- check mark it
1.Take energy saving mode on (remote features) (power options)

2. If you havent set up your console thru your phone when you first powered it on then you will need to factory reset but press the (keep all my games and apps) that way you only have to type your account information in to sign in to your main profile.

3.After a quick reboot your console should have the 10 letter code your phone needs to set it up type into the xbox app on your phone

4.if that doesnt work keep trouble shooting by pressing the (Test remote play) button on remote features

It should work but just in case update both phone xbox app and console before you start doing this.

One thing not mentioned in this video is that remote play is not supported by anything except for games. This does not work if your intention is to watch YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc.

so the easiest way to do it is get a tv that has bluetooth connection availability. I know the majority of TV's we have don't have it but new ones should have it and it makes it way easier to play games using bluetooth headphones. Sorry if this doesn't help but it is what it is. I'm currently using my Rayban Meta glasses whenever i play on my xbox and i love every bit of it.

Found this 2 years late but it’s working great for me. No lag. BUT the mic is running through the iPad and not the headphones. Is this normal or is there a setting?

It works on the one s but you gotta have the app open the whole time on the device

It has a lil bit of delay, but I find it usefull if you want to record your friends voices for clips or stuff
