MICHELIN Guide Thailand Chef Chats Episode 3: Pineapple

Chef Sujira “Aom” Pongmorn along with pastry chef Arisa “Paper” Panichkul of Saawaan (One MICHELIN Star) invited Chef Garima Arora of Gaa (One MICHELIN Star) on a small adventure to see the land of famous pineapples, Sriracha in Chonburi Province of Thailand. Watch stories unveiled as they found out what makes the local fruits so famously known for its delicacy and sweetness. Later they turned the local fruity star into fine dining creations; from an old recipe dish turned modern with a twist to unimaginable innovative dessert, to Indian-inspired savoury made of locals’ favourite Sriracha #pineapple.
