The one with children and sugar is it actually does give them more energy because you know how we learned about the mitochondria being the powerhouse of the cell, the mito makes energy with sugar and oxygen so by eating sugar more energy is being produced and their blood sugar is being raised which makes their mind work faster /feel like it is working faster so by the mind going fast they project that fastness outwards in the form of being hyperactive

I was literally just talking about the spiders one with the kids in my youth group, they were all scared and I was like, "If your room is dark when you're asleep, why would a spider have any reason to crawl into your mouth when it knows you're a living thing? Like, there's just no reason a spider would even do that on accident."

See the issue with the spider one is it's actually a correct statistic. However, Spiders Georg lives in a cave and eats thousands of spiders a year. He's a statistical outlier and shouldn't be counted

The spider one is more complex. First of all spiders are not cognizant enough to realize that you are a giant predator and that they should feel fear. Second of all most spiders don’t have that great of eyesight, so it’s doubtful that they would be able to see and recognize you as a person, much less realize what your mouth is. And lastly if they were aware that you’re a predator, then why do the randomly crawl on you sometimes? I get are risking their lives considering if you move they could be crushed at any moment. No they probably aren’t trying to live in your mouth, but that’s probably because they sense your body heat, feel your breath, and the moisture would make it a horrible place to live.
