ISU Rule: In the Short Program every Jump ( for ex. 3Lo, 3F or 3Lz) can be only performed once. Exception: In the Combination it is allowed to perform the same Jump twice ( 3Lo3Lo or 3T3T).
This Video shows 3Loops in Disguise. Observe in this video the "Backward Metamorphosis" from
3 Lutzes and 3 Flips into under-rotated 3 Loops. Underrotated because these "Triples" have only
2 1/3 until 2 1/2 Revolutions in the Air instead of 2 2/3 (3Lo) until 2 3/4 (3F) and almost 3 (3Lz) Revolutions!!! Compare with Yuzuru Hanyu for example!
This is the reason why so many ladies and men suddenly perform Triples and even Quadruples.
They use only one movement pattern for all three Jumps: 3 Loops, 3 Flips and 3 Lutzes.
These really marvellous Skaters performing in this Video are only two of many Skaters worldwide (men and ladies) using this "uniform Technique" for all three jumps.
The only technically correct executed Quad Lutzes in the world are performed by Nathan Chen, Yuzuru Hanyu, Boyjang Jin and Mikhail Kolyada!

Yeah, I notice that they start their rotation even before their jumps. Usually under rotation is seen on their landing, but here, they start rotation early. It’s not really a 3 jump. More like a 2.5 jump

Another "prerotation" and "fullblade" preacher of made up terms and rules. Boring.
