Day in the Life of a COLLEGE STUDENT! | University Freshman Daily Routine

Today we’re bringing you along with us ALL DAY to experience a day in the life of a COLLEGE student! University life is already so much different than high school… we’re having to feed ourselves, manage our time differently, do our own laundry, establish new routines, and so many other things! #SchoolRoutine

We are taking 17 credits each, and have already tested out of or received credit for most of our Freshman classes. Prioritizing study time with our work hours, while getting enough rest as well, while enjoying our friends and college life takes quite a bit of effort. Without family, friends are the KEY to survival in college. Whether it be doing class homework together or taking care of each other when you’re sick, you quickly learn that in college you have to figure out your own problems! It’s also great to have awesome friends around you to do things like bake a GIANT COOKIE LOG! Hey, it may not be a pizookie, but it was a close second! Another great thing about college is that the boys seem to be much more confident! Confident enough to simply walk up to you and give you a piece of paper with their name and phone number on it!

Adjusting to what to eat, and WHEN to eat at #school, can be really challenging on a #college schedule. We are on meal plans this year, which is nice because we always know we can find nutiritious food at the cafeteria! 😂 If you don’t have time to make it to the cafeteria for breakfast (or if you overslept), it’s a really good idea to keep little snack packs in the fridge in your dorm! Even just having some fruit and water in the mornings can help give you energy throughout the day and keep you healthy. 😊 Don’t forget to also stock up on RAMEN! It wouldn’t be a day in the life of a college student without a good ol’ cup of noodles! 😋 Bailey is a fan! #backtoschool

You probably won't see this, but in case you do; please realise that you have a very big social life compared to most people. This means that not every fresher is having this much fun or immediately connects with the right people during the first few weeks. I, myself, am in my final year of college and only felt like I truly belonged to a good friendgroup at the start of the second year. So also for those of you who are watching this and are feeling like you do not (yet) have this many friends: that is okay. You are okay. Sometimes it takes time to settle. And maybe you are in a friendgroup now but you will be in a different one in a few months and that is all okay. Just stay open-minded and don't be too hard on yourself. Good luck, you can do this!

My first year of college was a lot like theirs so idk why everyone is saying this isn’t realistic. Like some of us really do wake up early, put in effort into how we look, and don’t procrastinate so horribly. The only thing I couldn’t relate to was staying up late because I prioritized sleep.

To everyone who is saying that the twins are saying “this is the college kid life” too much (or something along those lines), try to understand that there’s a lot of smaller clips taken at different times. To them, it might seem like they’ve only said the phrase a few times (in each clip), but to us, when we watched the whole video, the phrases added up to a lot. You guys also have to understand they can’t just cut that part out or they’d be losing a larger portion of the video. They say the phrases in the middle of a lot of stuff where it can’t be cut out.
