I think this is a great example of how background music can entirely change the amostphere.
Without music, this scene is intense and breath taking of how powerful both wizards are.
On the other hand, with the music, the scene turns itself into an epic battle. Kind of like a super heroes movie.

In the book, Dumbledore was not afraid of Lord Voldemort. The chapter was even titled as, "The Only One He Ever Feared."

The fight ensued as if AD and LV were merely talking over drinks. And also Dumbledore, never fell down.

It's a shame the movie had no version of the unnamed spell that Dumbledore used against Voldemort. The one which V blocked with a shield, and responded, "You do not seek to kill me? Above such brutality, are you?"

This scene is made 100x better by equally powerful music. The music makes this scene more tense, adding a sense of dread and urgency not felt without the music.
