For people having this issue on PS3 .
If for some reason the loading screen just goes on on PS3 console even after the music stops, just press X on joystick. It will immediately start the game.

I used this method for all of the loading screens on gta 4, TLAD and now TBOGT and it worked every time but in the mission No.3 by Mori there are 2 infinite loading screens, one at the start works fine but the last one after you finish the mission never works, anyone help?
