I just watched a Dr. Gundry video telling everyone to stop eating pumpkin seeds immediately!
To me it was just another one of his monthly scare you videos. He once did a video it was a good thing to eat pumpkin seeds. I hate all this confusion among doctors on YT and confusing us on out to handle our health. I do the best I can doing my own research, but we don't have their resources to medical journals and studies. It seems like you just have to pick a few doctors on YT and trust those few. I have no faith in in any PCP's in my area or medical doctors in general.

I eat pumpkin seeds (usually enough to fill the middle of my hand) mixed in my muesli three times a week. But regardless of this I take magnesium, zinc supplements (along with a high dose vitamin D3 capsule, vitamin K2 tablet, turmeric capsule, cod liver oil capsule) every day also, so I will get some of the best of the benefits of pumpkin seeds all of the other times when I do not eat them.
