Heating element actually dries the dishes. My asko leaves everything dripping with water so i have to hand dry everything. Especially tupperware products.

Our New Asko leaves water droplets all over the inside door panel. My old GE was better!

as much as I love my Bosch dishwasher for how well it washes, drying dishes is not its strong points. Although its not a big factor with me, it was with alot of home owners who didnt want to wait for 2 hours with door ajar, to help with drying process. Fan-assistant system is a really great idea. Especially over the heating element system of older style models.

Hi L Sabrin, thanks for watching! ASKO does NOT use heat during the drying process either and has been using the condensation method for over a decade...as you say very energy efficient!

The ASKO D5122 doesn't even dry the dishes.  I ran it for the 2nd time since I got it and never dried at all.

My new ASKO dishwasher does not dry the dishes! Something i overlooked. Be careful and check before wasting $1K+ on a "brand name" dishwaser
