Great review, this is the first review I have ever seen that goes into why OLED may not be the right pick for some peoples needs. The brightness of these displays are an issue.

I got mine last week! Love it! With DP cable you can use 138Hz and Adaptive-Sync.

I’ve heard overclocking this monitor cuts it’s lifespan by more than half..there can’t be much of a difference between 120 and 138 to risk longevity

Excellent review! I think you're the first to point out about productivity uses etc...other reviewers I've seen are mostly just praises. I'm looking for something slightly bigger than 27 inch cos age is catching up lolz...shld prob look at a 32 inch cos 42 just seems overkill.

I used to game on a 1440p, high refresh rate monitor and it was great.
Then after 20+ years of gaming my back made sitting leaned forward with a M+K setup out of the question, so I thought I would move on to a TV and controller set up. I spent half a year on the fringe of buying an OLED before I finally bought a QLED. The risk of burn in was what did it for me, as I'm spending 75% of my time with static elements everywhere.
Not a day has gone by when I'm not wondering what if ... I am really happy with my 120Hz QLED though, it's just not an OLED ...

who uses white webpages anymore? in chrome you can switch the theme to dark, and most webpages have an option to switch to dark or black background and more are adding the option by the day. so that point seems negligible. but very nice review over all, love the objective approach to these reviews. it fosters a positive environment for designers and companies to look at their faults as a chance to develop or create something better in the future instead of everyone smiling and saying "ya greatttt!" and then they keep releasing the same garbage because they don't know any better. Thank you!
