This is great. I always maximise a load of washing and make sure i wash clothes at off peak times.I also try to reduce the amount of times i use the dishwasher. great video

The sim only deal idea is a good one. I’ve been doing this for a while so I change my phone every 3 years instead of 2 and treat myself to a cheaper monthly payment 😉

I have always been frugal. In my family it was a must as my parents didn’t earn much. Now that they do, their savings are growing faster but their lifestyle has changed very little. Regarding laundry, you must know that half loads not only waste energy and water (poor planet) but also are dangerous for the machine itself as the load is not balanced and produces different monvements. Be careful. Also, there are studies that prove that even without detergent the clothes come out clean, as an effect of the warm water and movement from the washing machine, so you could cut back on laudry detergent and use half or one third of what you were using until now. Also great for our rivers! And finally, check biodegradable brands. Some are not expensive, especially if you use smaller amounts as we discussed, and do not contaminate our rivers and seas. Win-win
